TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

By accessing and using the umbela.mx website (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "the Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site. Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the Site.

2. LEGAL AGE AND RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

Access to and use of this Site is strictly restricted to persons over 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction). By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for the use of the Site by minors.

Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is a core value at Umbela. We promote moderation and reject excessive consumption, consumption during pregnancy, and consumption before driving a vehicle.

3. PERMITTED USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Site in any way that violates any local, national or international law or regulation.
• Transmitting any unsolicited advertising material or spam.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying or selling any part of the Site without express written authorization.
• Using the Site in any way that interrupts, damages or impairs its operation or other users' experience.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. or its content providers, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

The trademarks "UMBELA", "CASA UMBELA" and the floral umbel logo are trademarks registered by, or in the process of registration by, Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. Their use without express authorization is prohibited.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

By making a purchase on the Site, you warrant that:

• You are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• The payment information provided is true and belongs to you.
• You authorize the charge corresponding to the product price plus any applicable shipping costs.

Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, lack of availability or signs of fraud.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are made only within the Mexican Republic. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the courier company. Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Delivery of alcoholic products requires the recipient to prove they are over 18 years of age. If legal age cannot be verified at the time of delivery, the order will be returned.

7. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that:

• The product is in perfect condition, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The return request is communicated in writing to administracion@umbela.mx.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, damaged by misuse or show signs of tampering. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product has manufacturing defects.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. In no event shall Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience. Casa Umbela S.A. de C.V. does not control or endorse the content of external sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site or from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, expressly waiving any other forum to which they might be entitled by reason of their present or future domicile.
