SENSORY PROFILE
Deep mahogany with reddish glints, dense and luminous. The glass itself becomes an object of contemplation.
Toasted caramel, prune, cedar, blond tobacco and Bourbon vanilla. Aromas that unfold in successive layers as the glass rests.
Sumptuous and enveloping. Dark fruits, milk chocolate, sweet oak, and an endless, spiced finish that evolves minutes after the sip.

Umbela Extra Añejo is our most ambitious expression and our smallest production: three full years in French oak barrels individually selected in the forests of Tronçais, France. Only 600 bottles per batch. It is time made liquid — the distillation of a territory, a craft, and a patience that knows no shortcuts.
PROCESO
Three years in high-selection French oak barrels from the forests of Tronçais, France. Every barrel is inspected individually every three months and rotated to ensure an even evolution. Strictly limited production: 600 hand-numbered bottles per batch.

A meditation spirit. Neat, at room temperature, in a cognac glass that lets the aromas concentrate. Pairs with the finest single-origin chocolates, premium cigars, foie gras, black truffle and bold aged cheeses. Pairing it with nothing at all is also a valid choice.
