SENSORY PROFILE

EYE

Pale gold, bright, with faint amber glints that anticipate the warmth on the palate.

NOSE

Vanilla, caramel, cooked agave, soft wood and a delicate touch of cinnamon. The wood never dominates — it guides.

PALATE

Medium-bodied. Sweet vanilla, ripe agave, warm spices, and a long, gentle finish that lingers for minutes.

TIME THAT BUILDS CHARACTER

Exactly eight months in American oak barrels transform our vibrant Blanco into Umbela Reposado: a balanced expression where the agave keeps its identity while the wood lends softness and complexity. Neither dominates. The result is a harmony only time can build.

CRAFT

PROCESO

After double distillation in copper, the tequila rests exactly 8 months in 200-liter American oak barrels previously used for bourbon. The stable temperature of our cellar in Amatitán allows a slow, even evolution, barrel by barrel.
