SENSORY PROFILE
Pale rose with salmon glints, transparent and bright. A color that comes from no additive — only from time in the barrel.
White flowers, red berries, wild strawberry, peach in syrup, over the mineral agave backbone of the Amatitán Valley.
Soft and silky. Forest berries, light vanilla, and a persistent floral finish that invites a second sip.
TWO LANDSCAPES, ONE GLASS
Umbela Rosa is born from an exceptional blanco that rests 4 to 6 weeks in barrels that once held rosé wine from the valleys of Baja California. The result is a tequila without precedent: the mineral character of Jalisco agave fused with the fruity, floral notes of Ensenada. Two Mexican geographies in a single glass.
PROCESO
It begins as our copper-distilled Blanco. It rests 4 to 6 weeks in 200-liter American oak barrels previously used for Baja California rosé. Minimal contact with the wood lends color and fruit aromas without compromising the identity of the agave.
